Don Broco

14/12/2012 By Shaun Wren

Don BrocoAfter the unbelievably quick selling-out of The Haunt gig, rockers Don Broco have announced that will be heading to the Concorde 2 on the 16th April as an extension of their eagerly awaited headline tour.

They met at Bedford Modern School with Tom Doyle, the most recent member of the band, joining this year. Don Broco have been touring since 2008 and making a name for themselves performing at Download and supporting Enter Shikari.

In 2011 they released their first single Beautiful Morning from their mini–album ‘Big Fat Smile’ which won critical acclaim from Kerrang! and Rocksound.

2012 has become a very successful year for Don Broco. Their debut album ‘Priorities’ topped the official UK Rock Album Charts and singles Actors, Priorities and Hold On have a combined YouTube viewing of 742,774. They have been wowing crowds in the UK and Europe playing Reading & Leeds, Download, Sonisphere and Brighton’s The Great Escape Festival.

Next year Don Broco will headlining not once but TWICE in Brighton after the sell out at The Haunt and tickets for the Concorde 2 were released today.

I stress YOU MUST SEE THIS BAND. Why you ask? They have catchy riffs and lyrics and are regarded as one of the best live bands around. I had the chance to see them at this year’s Great Escape at the same venue. Not expecting much I left with my head well blown.
